Project: Outside In leveraged Judi’s Cleaners great client relations by adding to an existing email database through an eRewards program that entered customers into a monthly drawing for free dry-cleaning. We set up an account with Constant Contact and utilized a fresh, clean design aesthetic and timely promotions.
Objective: Build repeat customers, create seasonal promotions, and build home delivery clientbase.
Outcome: The eReward program has been hugely successful generating over 5,000 emails within several months. The promotional email campaigns are ongoing and are proven to drive substantial sales and new customer visits to the stores.
