Objective: Increase ad revenue by providing an additional advertising venue via the website and digital magazine
Results: Outside In developed a beautiful aesthetic for the House2Home Showcase that was reminiscent of the style of homes within the current target markets of Sacramento, Bay Area and Phoenix. The entire site was built on a Content Management System so that internal staff could maintain the site. We incorporated an online ad management tool to insert banner ads throughout the website, invoice the advertiser, and provide click-thru information for each ad. Our web development team developed a searchable, region-specific contractor list customized by category and region. We added a “MyProject” where visitors could clip photos, videos, and contractor information to a password-protected project folder to provide extra stickiness. Throughout the site social media tags are included so that viewers can share photos, recipes, and how-to tips to others within their network. We worked with a third-party vendor to digitize the print publication for all three publications with clickable and trackable advertisements and articles.
